California Vendor Hub (myvendorspot.com) is a listing site for vendor and craft fair opportunities in California. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
When you submit an event through our event submission form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Details about the event you're submitting (name, location, dates, cost, etc.)
We don't collect payment information, and we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to review and list an event.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email only to review your submission and, if needed, follow up with questions before publishing an event listing.
How we store it
Your information is stored in a secure database and is not publicly visible. Only the site administrator can view submitted information.
How long we keep it
We keep submission records as long as they're useful for managing the event listings on this site. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information entirely

Third parties
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We use Supabase to store data securely.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
